I absolutely adored my stay at the hotel. The rooms were impeccably tidy, and the beds were so comfortable, especially with the variety of pillows to choose from. While the kitchen facilities were excellent, some areas looked a bit tired. The service provided was top-notch, with incredibly polite and helpful staff, although there were a couple of surprises with extra charges. The location was great for exploring the city but had a few minor drawbacks like ongoing roadworks. Dining options were decent, although not all onsite as I had expected. Overall, a comfortable and pleasant experience with a few minor hiccups.
